USA Softball of Maine

A new tournament was held this past weekend on August 16, 2025 in Sidney; Steve's Heroes Softball Tournament. 

It was  grassroots organized, they celebrated a strong person who gives his all to the sport of softball and life in general. He asks for nothing, but gives his all, the tournament raised close to $5000 for helping people with cancer. Steve has been battling cancer for awhile now and its taken its toll on him but he still gets out there every weekend and runs the tournaments, we appreciate everything he does for USA Softball, especially here in Maine, we want to thank the umpires who volunteered their time, the teams, the organizers, Cleveland Brown, Dick Dwyer and Steve Belanger.  See more photos from Steve's Heroes Softball Tournament Here

Maine USA Softball is a (501)(C)(3) Non Profit organization we represent USA Softball for local youth and adult softball in the State. We STRIVE to make every effort to maintain and promote a balanced, equal playing atmosphere and an oppurtunity for anyone who wishes to participate to play softball.
