Dear Cleveland,
I wanted to say a big thank you for putting together such an awesome softball tournament this weekend!
The organization was spot on, and we really appreciated all the effort you put into making the event run smoothly. It made our experience even more enjoyable.
I have to say, the field was absolutely fantastic at Colby College! The playing surface was incredible, and it made playing the game even more exciting.
If there are any upcoming tournaments happening at Colby College, we would love to know about them. We had such a great time at this tournament that we're definitely interested in participating in future events at your venue.
Once again, thank you so much for organizing this tournament. We had an amazing time, and we truly appreciate all your hard work.
